Deliver / Integration

Systems that work as one, not as eight.

We design, build and hand over the integrations that let large organisations move information between their core applications reliably, with every connection governed and traceable.

The challenge

Connect the systems. Keep them connected.

Information is only useful where it is needed. Integration works out which systems hold it, how it should move, and what must be true for it to arrive complete and trusted.

Most large organisations run on systems that were never designed to work together, so people re-key information, reconcile reports by hand and wait for answers that sit in someone else's system.

The usual fix is a custom script or a point-to-point link. It works until an upgrade, a change of supplier or a resignation, then nobody can say what it does or how to repair it.

Integration is often treated as a side task of another project, so it is under-specified, untested and undocumented.

When this service makes sense.

Business units run separate systems that do not share information.

Fragile scripts or point-to-point links are failing, or nobody understands them.

A new system needs to work with the ones around it from day one.

From need to outcome

Scope of work

The detail behind the delivery.

Durable connections between your core business systems, designed and delivered end to end. The scope reflects your priorities, the operating environment and what needs to be achieved.

Map the flows

Identify which systems hold what, who owns it and which information must move, in which direction and how often.

Design for change

Use durable connections, clear rules and documentation so upgrades and staff changes do not break the integration.

Make it visible

Monitor every connection, handle exceptions and keep an audit trail so the business can see what moved.

What we cover

Integration
  • Integration strategy and architecture
  • Systems and information-flow mapping
  • API-based integration between core business applications
  • Rules, triggers and scheduling
  • Metadata mapping and value translation
  • Monitoring, error handling and audit trail
  • Replacing fragile scripts and point-to-point links
  • Integration for system implementations and consolidations
  • Handover, documentation and operational support
  • Durable integration tooling matched to the program, including integr8

Our flagship product

Connections built on integr8.

Where integrations need to last, we build them on integr8, YOKU's flagship integration and migration product. It connects your business applications API to API, with rules, triggers, monitoring and a full audit trail, so your connections are maintained rather than left to fragile scripts.

  • Durable API-to-API connections between your core systems
  • Scheduled and event-driven transfers under clear rules
  • Monitoring, error handling and a full audit trail

Our approach

Structured work.
Purpose at every stage.

The method follows the work, not a generic playbook. Each stage connects to the decisions, capability or delivery your organisation needs.

Our approach / stage 1

Map the systems and information flows

Identify the systems, owners and information that needs to move, and where it moves today.

Your operating environment

Different pressures.
The same need for clarity.

Governance, obligations and delivery constraints differ. The engagement is shaped around the organisation you run, not an assumed environment.

Public sector

Agencies connecting records, finance, HR and project systems across business units, or retiring point-to-point links as part of system change.

Commercial organisations

Enterprises whose business units run separate systems and need information, reporting and approvals to flow between them.

Intended outcomes

What this work is designed to change.

Information that moves between systems without re-keying.

Connections your team can see, monitor and maintain.

A traceable record of what moved, when and where.

Specialist expertise. Practical application.

Connected systems need clear paths between them.

Start with the right conversation

Define the need.
Shape the engagement.

We begin with what needs to change and the decisions or work your team needs to support. These are useful starting points for a conversation about integration.

Questions

What you need to know.

How is this different from an enterprise system implementation?

An implementation puts a system in. Integration connects the systems you already have, or are about to have, so information moves between them. The two are often delivered together, and we can do either on its own.

What can you connect?

Core business applications that have an API, including records, document and project controls, finance, HR, CRM and asset systems. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the approach.

What happens when one of the systems is upgraded?

Connections are designed, documented and monitored so they can be maintained, not rebuilt. We plan for upgrades as part of the design and hand over the documentation your team needs.
